We can do more special function hook loops such as soft hook, thick hook, plastic hook (also call mould hook), unapped loop, brushed loop (also call UBL or velour)… etc. Besides, with above different type of hook and loops Nam Liong can do converting production for back to backs, straps and other converting products. Nam Liong has: Standard hook and standard loop: General hook and general loop. Hook loop with special feature: thin hook, thick hook, mushroom head hook, unnapped loop, omni tape (hook and loop on the same face). Plastic moulded hook: Hook made by injection, we have six types of hooks to service, from the thinnest hook to the thickest. Brushed loop: Also call UBL or velour, wide width of loop with ability to engage to hooks, available in five types. Back-to-back: Lamination products, by bonding hook or loop on both faces for self-engaging ability. One face hook, the other face loop is the most common spec, but we also have bespoke specs such as loop on both faces or hook on both faces. Binding strap: Hook loop strap that can be used to fasten things together by sewing or welding the hook and loop side by side. It can also be customized by welding to buckle (for easy use), webbing (for enhancing strength), logo printing/ shape or packaging for personalize service.
